This book is light on banter and heavy on interviews and by the time I was half way through it I was ready to declare - not for me!

For all the talk and hype that this a different type of cricket book I am afraid the reality is that it seems like a rehash of a boozy club tour . Very funny if you are there but not going well to print . Far too much repetition and mutual back slapping . A shame really as this genre really could do with a shake up

An easy read, but became a little repetitive with the interviews of cricket celebrities. Some good anecdotes from former players and officials. Donates to a worthwhile cause.

If you are a Cricket fan whether serious or casual this is a must read. From start to finish the book is filled with hilarious offerings from Cricket royalty past and present. As I read the book , I got the sense that those Cricketers involved had really opened up to the authors and provided amazingly funny and detailed insights to what really goes on across the wickets !

Excellent book that is even suitable for non cricket fans. My partner bought it to read and I ended up reading it before him. You won't be able to put it down!

Pretty boring long winded old stories that would send most people to sleep! I am still waiting on the laughs

This is o.k. but rather tedious as most of the comments have been included in other books at some time.
