A well informed book with excellent photos but unfortunately the sequence
of the pages are very disruptive to the reader:
PAGE 64 jumps to PAGE 97,
then PAGE 97 continues to PAGE 128
which is followed by PAGE 97 "repeated"
continues again to PAGE 128 which is repeated again - disapointing !
