Or - if you are looking for a different recipe for this sized dish, have a look at 'Pheasant in Madeira Sauce' on page 21, in the splendid The Cast Iron Way to Cook by Sue Cutts, one of Le Creuset's consultants.
This recipe makes great use of the marvellous slow cooking properties of Cast Iron cooking...and is simply perfect served with a glass of Pinot Noir!

Well fitting lid and useful handles, but don't forget your OVEN GLOVES!
