Cooking: Le Creuset's silicone bakeware is made from 100% liquid silicone and is ideal for all types of oven baking and roasting, up to temperatures of 280°C. With no metal parts or rim, you can even use it in the microwave.

Freezing: Cook 'n Bake is also perfect for setting or chilling recipes in the fridge or freezer, down to -40°C. It withstands extreme temperature changes so it can be taken from the freezer straight to a hot oven without fear of damage.

Peeling: Cook 'n Bake's non-stick surface ensures food releases with ease. It's versatile and flexible and simply peels away from food without fuss or mess. Totally hygienic and food safe, Cook 'n Bake will not absorb odours or flavours and can be used for both sweet and savoury recipes.

Cleaning: Cook 'n Bake is so easy to clean - it's dishwasher safe, or you can wash away food residues in hot soapy water.

Storing: Cook 'n Bake moulds retain their shape and with no rigid rim, they are flexible enough to be rolled up for storage - even in a drawer - great when space is limited.

Excellent quality, as you would expect, from 'Le Creuset', but has the added bonus of being flexible so it is easy to pop your muffin or cake out without breaking!
Excellent for children to use for Mother's Day treats, often supervised by a man so an even more useful time-saving gadget!
No need to line with baking cases, always tedious for little fingers, and easy to clean - the all important question when it comes to any form of cookware!
We pop ours in the dishwasher!
Forget cupboards full of rusting metal bun tins - this is the future!

This silcone bakeware is perfect for making muffins. Simply add the mixture straight into the individual moulds without the need for cases, bake and the finished result is evenly cooked and perfectly shaped muffins. They can be easily popped out of the mould without any mess, and the mould can also be put in the dishwasher for cleaning. I strongly recommend this bakeware over the traditional type.

Used the muffin tray the day it arrived. Made some coconut and cherry muffins - 'Fantastic'. There were only crumbs left as evidence that they were ever there. The colour is, indeed, a liitle off-putting but the result makes up for it.
