Simply brilliant - this versatile Casserole Dish/Cocotte/French Oven is ideal for all sorts of recipes and my favourite in this size is:-

'Baked Chicken with Lemon and Garlic and Pilaf Rice', pages 196/7, from Rachel Allen's, super new book entitled 'BAKE'.

Manufacturer's Details:- COPIED HERE FOR INFORMATION AND TO ENHANCE THE AMAZON PRODUCT DETAIL:-

'The NEW 'Satin Black' range is the latest innovation from Le Creuset. Its unique satin-finish enamel is especially suitable for higher temperature cooking, grilling and searing. Ultimate comfort handles.
