ROUND 22 cm COCOTTE
Approx. Capacity - 3.3L

Boxed, complete with full care and use leaflet.

This versatile Casserole Dish/Cocotte is ideal for all sorts of recipes, and my current favourite is simply 'Bolognese Sauce', starting off on the hob to soften up the vegetables, add the stock and other ingredients .....then leaving it to simmer on the ring or transferring it to the oven, if baking my accompaniments.

Or.........if looking for inspiration..... Sue Cutts, one of the Le Creuset consultants, has a delicious recipe for this sized cocotte:-

Simple Vegetable and Saffron Rice, serving 6-8

on page 21 of her book entitled:-

The Cast Iron Way to Cook
