If you have problems cleaning this it's because it needs to be very hot before you use it. Just brush with a little oil, get it almost smoking and away you go! No problems with sticking then.

Well I had been saving up for this bad boy.

It works superbly, but there are a few tips to pass on.

1. Get it good and hot so when the steak/chicken or veg are added you get a strong sizzle.

2. Season the food well before it goes on the grill.

3. Oil the food not the grill.

If you do this and let the food cook, it ill peel off no trouble, it comes clean in the dishwasher on a normal setting, so is easy to clean.

And the food tastes onderful, with those great grill lines on it. I like my steaks medium and they are cooked perfectly.

with this Le Creuset SQUARE Grill with integral lifting handles, but don't forget your Oven Gloves!

Ideal for fast, low-fat grilling of meat, chicken, fish and vegetables - the ribbed base gives those characteristic char-lines and flavour.

Le Creuset 'Grill' products are completely covered in vitreous enamel, protecting the surface and making them easier to use and clean, by hand -some soaking may be required for the more stubborn stains - or pop it in the dishwasher.

Also available in a variety of colours, and in a larger 26 cm size, a ROUND version or check out the GIANT GRILL, also available at Amazon, today.
