and this is of the NON-STICK variety!

23 cm/9" diameter.
10 year guarantee due to the 'Castoflon' (Non-stick) interior.

My favourite recipe using this particular size of frying pan is, `Apricot Spiced Crèpes' from:-
`The Cast Iron Way to Cook', a super book, dedicated to cast iron cooking, from Sue Cutts, one of Le Creuset's consultants.
