Their high efficiency performance also provides suitable heats for searing and sealing meats, poultry and fish on medium settings, and provide ideal conditions for slow cooking on very low settings. The use of medium settings will also protect and prolong the life of the non-stick coating.
Ideal for fast, low-fat grilling of meat, chicken, fish and vegetables - the ribbed base gives those characteristic char-lines and flavour.
Le Creuset skillets are completely covered in vitreous enamel, protecting the surface and making them easier to use and clean, by hand, or pop it in the dishwasher.
Sturdy and suitable for all heat sources.'
