Or ... if you are looking for a different recipe for this sized dish, check out 'Pheasant in Madeira Sauce' on page 21, in 'The Cast Iron Way to Cook' by Sue Cutts, one of Le Creuset's consultants.
This recipe makes great use of the marvellous slow cooking properties of Cast Iron cooking...and is simply perfect served with a glass of Pinot Noir!
