ive had a zen touch for over 5 years and until a month ago it was the best thing ever. more space than i needed, huge battery life, great (if a little confusing) software... it is bigger than the same capacity ipod but the benefits totally outweigh it. it is very sad that mine seems to have finally died (although the technical support team are still very helpful and i havent given up yet) but if it cant be saved ill probably get another or maybe the next one up... creative are soooo much better than ipods!

I've had this for about 4 years now and bar the problem of having to up-grade the software on the player when I upgraded my laptop its been brillant!
At first the software to use it was confusing but now that I just go in through the directory's on my computer it's much easier.
A fantastic MP3 player....I don't think anyone will convert me to buy an Ipod.

Had my Creative Zen Touch even longer - I think I purchased it about 8+ years ago. Still going strong, although now and again it gets a bit confused and shuts itself down and the battery life which used to be 24 hours has dropped a bit these days. But my God it has taken a bashing over the years - it's travelled everywhere with me in all weathers, been dropped many times on hard surfaces including concrete and is looking very battle-scarred. It has been played and played millions of times and it holds a massive amount of music and files - even now I have about a third of the memory still available. I used to get some scathing comments about its size when I first got it - mainly from the airhead iPod-brigade with their tinny little players. But I would recommend the Creative Zen Touch to anyone who wants a robust, durable player with great sound quality that is easy to set up and use. If I have any grumble at all, as with so many players the original headphones were a bit sorry on the quality front, but once I plugged in a decent pair - wow ! Hoping it continues on for a while yet, but would certainly replace it with same model. 5 stars from me.
