I am hopeless with technology & my last mp3 player had me so confused i had real problems downloading music onto it. The only information i can give is as a technophobe & that is:- it's easy to use, easy to download to, it's light & i love the look of it, has loads of space & plenty of playing time.

I purchased the Zen Mosaic to replace a well used zen stone. I chose the mosaic rather than another stone because my main complaint about the stone was the lack of a screen. What I didn't bargain for was the mosaics excellent built in speaker and even better battery life.
The mosaic is fabulous mp3 player for the money, I use it with audio books and it suits that application perfectly.

Came very quickly. Very easy to use; plugging into computer and moving music files on to it and using the controls on the player to move around the menus. I would highly recomend it to anyone.
