Had read various reviews on this product (mostly good but one or two bad) before i decided to take a chance and I'm so glad I did. It is so easy to use and navigate your way thru.
The sound quality is excellent both on loudspeaker and when using the headset and it also has a really good radio which can also be used on loudspeaker or with the headphones (the headphones have to be plugged in either way because it acts as the aerial). It looks really funky too!! I know some people see the fact that it requires software to use it, to be a downside but I assure you that the software is easy to install and even easier to use. I would HIGHLY recommend this MP3 (but do shop around for price) and am about to buy a 2nd for my sister!

I bought this mp3 player for the wife as her samsung buttons just bit the dust and didn't work any more. It's very girlie girlie so don't consider it at all for anyone even slightly butch. Wifey uses it everyday when she goes dog walking and its been faultless. The software that comes with it was very good at organizing our music collection and found lots of dodgy ID3.2 tags that needed sorting out. Good purchase. Very satisfied with it.

My daughter got this for her birthday and she absolutely loves it - she feels really grown up with her own music playing.
