I bought this as a Christmas present for my wife. Everything arrived as promised and is exactly as stated. The device itself is very easy to use and far out-performs my own Zen V device. When it's time for an upgrade, the 8G version of this will be first on the list (although not in Pink!). The software was easy to install and real easy to master. We were loading tracks within minutes. The FM radio reception is suprisingly good, especially when you consider the headphones form the arial. That said the 'phones themselves are probably the weaklink and we would recommend an upgrade.

Bought this for my wife to enable her to listen to audible books - she is thrilled with it.
I was a bit concerned that she would find it difficult to navigate - no problem whatsoever - and just a bit bothered that I should have got a larger capacity as with music loaded about 1.3 Gb is already used. But it had to be pink and couldn't find larger one at the time I bought it, although they are around now.
Don't be put off by it's diminutive size - it has masses of easy to use features and the sound is fantastic from the built in speaker (just amazing), better with earphones though or combined with the Creative Travelsound Zen Mozaic Speakers that I also bought - these are just great.
Definitely recommend the Mozaic and the associated software which is just brilliant.

The menu system takes a bit of getting used to, if, like me, you're a bit of a novice but it's a great 8 gb player, once you have! Not too small in size, and easily lost, but much lighter than I expected as there is no batteries to fit. I would recommend the Zen to anybody wanting to buy a new mp3, or upgrade an existing one.

A bit complicated
This is ever so pretty, but I still can't work out how to use it and I've had it months. I'm waiting for my son to come back from his travels in the wide world to how it for me. Read more
