A great book for positve change and focusing on goals,

i found this book to be very helpful in teaching you how to focus on personal goals and making positive changes in your life. It offered credible how to steps that showed you how to understand your needs, affirm yourself and your possibilities and then gave you the instructions that you needed to move you on to achieve your goals. It really gave me some tools to work with and it is a book that I will use over and over again.

This book is incredible. About 4 years ago I moved to a new place, didn't have friends, a job I liked, nothing. I used this book to create mantras on what I wanted and I focussed on letting it happen. Things began to unfold and I started to forget about them. One day my boyfriend then was looking at them (I had them pinned on the walls) and said, "Do you realise all this is coming true?" - and he was right, they were ! Some of it took a bit longer but every single point did happen for me. And I thank this book. I think I'm in need of this book again !! I think it's better set out than the other books that drone on about visualising as you can write (in pencil !) in the book and it helps see where you are.

I've read this book for more than 20 times since I found it many years ago.
It helps you to focus on something so simple as the use of your mind and power of will to get all you may want in life. A natural power in all of us that might have been buried by the negative belief that "less is good" or "not deserving to get what we wish for". It goes beyond religion and can be applied to anyone who would like to have a betterment in all aspects of life.
