Format:Audio Cassette
I have enrolled on a creative visualisation course starting in October, and so I bought this audiobook to see what it was all about. I found it very relaxing, she has a nice soothing voice which puts you at ease immediately, and enables you to meditate and visualise easily. The accompanying music is also nice and calming. The techniques are easy and very achievable.
Very suitable for beginners, I recommend this in conjunction with both her Creative Visualisation book, and Creative Visualisation Workbook. Even if you just want to listen to something very relaxing, I recommend you buy this tape.

I've owned this tape for about 20 years and refer to it constantly in times of stress and/or when I decide to turn over a new leaf. I've given it to others as well and, although, they don't feel quite as strongly as I do about it, they also love the tape. Her voice is calm and non intrusive and definitely not grating like some tapes. I would recommend this to anyone, whethr you simply want to relax or to take control of your life.

This is a lovely CD, it guides you through creative visualisations and some affirmations. It also works really well in conjunction with her Creative Visualisation book, as it leads you through the exercises she writes about. Nice and relaxing, the music is discreet and melodic leaving you free to concentrate on her voice. great as a before-sleep CD, a wind-down and chill out aid.
