Ruth Clemens, otherwise known as The Pink Whisk, Manic Mummy Baker Extraordinaire! A passionate self-taught baker, bread maker, cake decorator and kitchen messer abouter. She took part in the very first series of BBC2's The Great British Bake Off in 2010 and to her own astonishment made it to the final.
