I have been researching my family tree for 15 years and felt a need to transfer it to a PC so that extraction and manipulation of data would be easier. A daunting task,considering I am 58, was brought up on slide rules and log tables and am a complete computer idiot! I needn't have worried, the software is very user friendly, straightforward and easy to use, indeed quite logical to follow and if I get stuck the on demand user manual is always to hand. I heartily endorse all of John Taylor comments on the CD rom, see separate review.The workbook for initially collecting the data and the family tree general guidebook make this a brilliant package for anyone starting out on tracing their family history. Enjoy.
