If you like Julia Donaldson's other books then you'll love reading this selection of poems too. Everyday topics made fun by rhyme (only one is about a crazy mum). You can never read just one - my children always want to hear more. A happy way to end the day at bedtime, and great for older children to start reading on their own.

This is a brilliant little book. I bought it last Christmas for my little girl (7 years old) and she still asks me to read it to her now - compared to other books which only get read once in a while, this book is top of the list. She loves asking me to choose a page number and then reading the poem on that page out to me. It has helped her no end to come out of her shell as regards to reading aloud, and it's fun and some of the poems are hilarious! Fantastic buy!
