The Crazii Hoppii Cow Animal Hopper arrived and I instantly used the hand pump provided to inflate the cow inflatable. Unfortunately there was a split in the rubber where you insert the plug and air began to escape and the cow deflated leaving me feeling the same.
When i couldn't get through on the phone number of the company to complain, i thought "here we go", but much to my joy, as soon as i contacted them through Amazon they handled it so well and instantly sent me out another cow - that's what i call fantastic customer service !!!
The cow itself is relly cute looking and sturdy rubber ( like the oldspace hoppers ) but watch out for little one's rocking on them to violently as it tipped forward sending her over the top of it....no injuries...all good.

I bought this for my 1 year old daughter. It does say not suitable for under 3 but personally I think over 3s may be too big for this product. My 1 year old loves it even if she just sits on it and bounces. My 3 year old does bounce around on it but only for a short while as she's definitely too big for it.
Great for bouncing around and general good fun for the kids. Also great for helping them learn to balance. It does recommend that the child wears a helmet while bouncing around!
