Bought some of these last year for my son who loves drawing and colouring. This Christmas (he's now 6), we bought him some more as the old ones had just about run out. I'm impressed at how long they last, and how durable they are. More exciting than pencils, and really good to take with you when you go out somewhere and you need to occupy the kids for a while.

I bought more than a pack thinking that it would be a great idea to get the kids to play quietly when I really need them to stay still in a public place. I thought that with the movement required (no sharpening!!) and the bright colours, that this would be a great buy.
Guess what? The crayon inside breaks so easily in the hands of four and five years old. A shame.
