A very clever way of recycling your old broken crayons into fresh new funky ones. Make up your own crazy colour cobinations, wait for the crayons to melt, lift the lever and hey presto! Brand new crayons. The item was easy to operate, just insert the light bulb {free spare order form enclosed} connect the adaptor, and your ready for action. Features include child safety lock, which means that the lid won't open until the crayons have cooled down enough to handle. Whole unit also changes colour from green to yellow, when it's heating up. The only draw backs for this item is that the whole process of making your crayons takes up to 20 mins, which means your child might get bored easily, waiting.The 2nd draw back is the machine only 'accepts' crayola crayons, otherwise it affects the melting time, and quality of the new crayons made. But apart from these two small minor drawbacks, this was just as much fun for me, as well as my daughter!

This is a fun toy for children and makes great use of those broken crayons. The only drawback is the bulb life which does not last very long at all. Make sure to get a spare because you don't get one in the box.
