The Products
As this product is fully microwavable, to heat simply place the product in a microwave oven for two minutes to release the wonderfully relaxing lavender aroma.
Benefits
Intelex prides itself on the fully microwavable aspect of their products. As they manufacture products that are fully microwavable and do NOT require a removable inner wheat bag, it makes using Intelex products not only easier, but also safer too and reduces the risk of scalding. Ideal for use as a bed warmer to aid a restful night's sleep, or simply as an adorable soft toy. These versatile products can also be used as a cold pack; simply place in a sealed freezer bag and place in the freezer for two to three hours. Ideal for reducing temperatures, easing sprains and bruises and reducing swelling.
Safety Warning
This product can cause burns. Avoid prolonged direct contact with the skin. Take care when removing from the microwave oven. Do not ingest contents. Do not overheat. For microwave use only.

Following a few minutes of heating in a microwave, this new addition to the appealing range of Cozy Plush toys will stay warm for about 2-3 hours. They are warm and soothing without becoming too hot so are suitable for adults and safe for children.
During the first few heatings, they can feel a little damp and the wheat filling can produce an odour (partially masked by the relaxing lavender fragrance) but this reduces after a few uses.
They can also be wrapped in a freezer bag and frozen for 2-3 hours to use as a cool pack to ease sprains, bruises or reduce temperature making them practical, versatile and therapeutic toys offering good value for money!

Ordered this for child's birthday excited to find a soft toy dynosaur to join her collection and was completely mystified to receive a horse ! Then read description and of course it says horse but why the dynosaur picture ? went back to listing and other soft toy dynosaur (don t ask maybe a dyplodocus ? No idea !) was also something else once you had a closer look, a soft toy cat. Very misleading. product probably good but pointless for us.

This little dino is every bit as adorable as he looks in the picture.
He is very soft and cuddly and unlike many of these cute teddy type heat packs, he is full of beans! Many of these 'warmers' have a tiny bean bag that can be heated and put inside their very padded tummies meaning very little heat is transferred to the outer of the 'warmer' or indeed the poor child clutching it.
Triceratops here is different! These lovely Cozy Plush warmers have a fluffy soft body filled with beans and the whole thing goes in the microwave. Having a rather low wattage microwave I heat 'Tricie' up for 3 minutes, but then he stays warm for ages - longer than the various 'bags' we have tried.
My son adores this triceratops and has been kept toasty at night even though we have no central heating and the upstairs is frequently - well, colder than my fridge...
Definitely worth paying a little more for one of these guys from Intelex Cozy Plush - perfect!
Oh, and he has a nice lavender scent that is not too strong and he likes to sit on our heater and scent the room...
