I bought these two weeks ago and i would recommend them to all. As a notive cyclist i've been adding to my bike and these really benefit your speed and improve you cycling posture. The only problem is that you remember you have strapped your feet in as you'll look stupid when you fall over!

Straight forward to fit and decent quality for the price. Have used them on a few long rides and they definitely help...especially as tiredess increases. Should have got them ages ago!

These toeclips arrived in very good time and are properley shaped and finished. They are certainly big enough for people with normal sized feet ! Fixing bolts included.
I have used spring steel (chrome-plated) toeclips for many long years and, yes, they are more rigid, but get rusty and occasionally scrape the ground and lose their chrome finish - getting scratched and oxidizing more quickly. The advantage of these resin clips is they never rust or break. Recommended.

pedal toe clips.
Very good, lightweight, flexible with most footwear. The only problem was the small bolts were too short for my pedal size.
