Kids who loved Steve Cole's "Astrosaurs" series will be more than satisfied with the adventures of Cows In Action. All the necessary elements are present - time travel, liberal doses of silly jokes and awful puns, wacky illustrations and the all-important character cards at the front for playground bargaining.

Great fun book again from Steve Cole, My 7 year old has become much more enthusiastic about reading since he started reading Cows in Action and now likes to show off his reading skills to me instead of me reading to him all the time.
