This product is among the few protein shake mixes I can use because I have severe lactose intolerance. Other products on the market, even those with very low lactose levels, are problematic for me. This one presents no problems at all, mixes smoothly and tastes wonderful.
Before I leave for work at 6:30 AM, I need a fast breakfast, so this product is ideal. I mix it with frozen fruit and orange juice and often take extra along in a thermos for later in the morning. It's great!

I gave it 5 stars just for the ease of mixing! It dissolves well with fork or spoon stirring, doesn't settle into a gloppy mess like Spirutein. This tastes good. I mix mine half/half with skim milk and water, and add a small touch of cinnamon nutmeg spice mix. I believe they have a vanilla flavor that I will try; you could put bananas in there or strawberries.
I'd recommend it. I'll be using mine twice a day as meal replacement.
