I always enjoy reading recipe books which offer you a mixture of healthy vegetarian and meat based dishes (especially if written for people who wish to lose weight) No More Counting Calories does exactly that. Plus the recipes are a nice mix of dishes Iyou can prepare for the whole family. My fav dish is Cauliflower and Lentil Biryani we can eat together as a family. Sorted!

I have to agree with the previous reviewers this book is a great resource for anyone looking to lose a few pounds and speed up your metabolism. Who likes counting calories anyway?? Especially when everyone is different so we're not sure if they are accurate!

Angela cover the basics at the start and cover metabolism in great detail! The recipes caught my eye as they are not rabbit food or boring they are tasty, exciting and easy to make. I love hot food and jalapenos especially so I went straight for the omelette and it was fab...

I really enjoyed reading this book. It shows you that you don't need to count calories to loose weight. By changing only one meal a day for the next month and eating foods that boost your metabolism, burn fat and consequently make you loose weight. This is a great concept and what I like the best about it is that it is totally doable. I hate counting calories, measuring, etc. So this type of diet would suit me well. You can choose the meal you would like to start with because there are several breakfast, lunch and dinner recipes. And frankly, it's not diet food. The recipes look very flavorful like the chili cumin chicken, the all-day energizer omelette, the pesto chicken with black beans and almond. Highly recommended book.
