Thoroughly enjoyed finding out how Qwill and the cats got together. Three very entertaining tales and I wish I had got this first and not practically last! Highly recommend this book.

Jim Qwilleran is after a job at a Newspaper.
He finds out his friend from Chicago is the editor, so after some small talk he is offered a job Writing about The Arts.
He goes to meet the man who is working with him.
He is also introduced to Kao-Ko-Kung ( Alias KoKo. ) the Cat.
When KoKo's owner is murdered, Jim takes KoKo in and so helps him with his cases.
Highly Recommended.

All of Lilian Jackson Braun's Cat Who books are Highly Recommended.

Bought this book as a present for a cat lover friend who reads a lot of detective stories and she contacted me and told me how much she liked it. Chose this one as I think it is the first one in the series and would be a good introduction.
