I am always delighted to see another title from Debbie Bliss in the wilderness that is desirable, fashionable knitting patterns for the younger knitter.
Cotton Knits for all Seasons offers 25 quite diverse projects for adults and children, for knitters of all ability. The projects all carry Debbies characteristic style, but there are a couple of new directions, utilising embroidery for example, for a refreshing change.
This is a collection of knits that will not tire over time or become out dated. I can see me returning to this book in 10-15 years time, as I still turn to Debbies first title, Baby Knits, now.

Beautiful designs! Lots of style for all ages, elegant cables, lace and bobbles. Must see pics! But the women's patterns are all small, nothing larger than 38", which is what my size 3 sister is! Other than that, she again peddles her expensive low yardage yarn line. Worth the price overall.

This knitting pattern book is very clear and concise. The patterns are beautiful and, although too advanced for the beginner, could be easily knitted by an intermediate knitter. I have knitted three of the patterns: "Baby Bobble Jacket", "Baby Reefer Jacket" and the "Lace and Bobble booties" and have given them as gifts that were greatly appreciated. There are 25 knitted projects including children and women as well as the baby patterns. All of the instructions were easy to follow and the finished garments exquisite. The technique and basic information sections in the back were informative and helpful. Debbie Bliss is known for her beautifully intricate patterns and precise attention to detail. This book will remain a stable in my knitting library for many years.

The Cutest and Most Comfortable of Knits for All Ages

I originally took this book out of the library system. It contains all kinds of great patterns. All levels of knitting skill are represented within. The patterns are for all ages as well..
I highly recommend this book.
