Lovely for cooking and making cookies for example. Make your own lavender sugar. Experiment and add the delicate twist to cookies and cakes. Lovely smell and flavor. Don't over do it - this little pot will go along way! You only need a little to get flavor or you could over power it. I have made 'lavender short bread' with afternoon tea. Very pleasant.

A nice product came well packaged with these lovely lavender recipes which was very sweet. They are nice and pretty potent - a few grains in your tea make it very special.

Interesting Flavour
