The global opinion of accountancy is one of complexity and number crunching - this sadly is true, but admist all of that Fardon and Cox repeatedly publish easy to follow and comprehensive guides to the subject.
Costing, Reports and Returns is one of the these said guides. Simplified examples of VAT and costings shine like an economic flashlight in the dark world we know as Accountancy! All subjects covered are explained comprehensively and thoroughly leaving no stone unturned. With useful tips and hints combined with in depth knowledge on each subject area makes this tutorial a students dream and almost certainly a must for those studying for the elusive and at times confusing accoutancy qualification.
Combine this tutorial with the Costing, Reports and Returns workbook is a recipe for success. Using both books in tandem enables the student to complete practice simulations and examples with relative ease and understanding.

This is a superb book! It is a genuine "tutorial" skilfully enlightening the reader in areas where other texts often fail. The authors and publishers are clearly experts at understanding the needs of the student. I eagerly look forward to reading the rest of the series.
