I have been suffering with thoracic pain for about a year now, and have tried all sorts - expensive back supports, posture harness, expensive chair etc and none of them have been so good as this back support (which is actually the JML Sit Right, or at least that was what was sent to me). It turns even the most unsupportive chair into something very comfortable and promotes good posture. Highly recommended. I use this for work but will be getting another for my car. Absolute bargain to boot!

These are very good - they make you sit properly and give good support and are comfortable. I have one at work, one in the car and one at home.

Ordered this as I recently started to experience some back pain. I now have it permanently on my chair in front of the computer and I think it makes me sit up straighter and therefore helps ease my back. Did try it in the car and found it also helped on long journeys. Problem was that by putting it on the car seat the elastic at the back has stretched. No big problem though - can always buy another one for the car! I think it is good value for money and certainly worth trying.
