Can't complain much given the very low price, but it was a nuisance to set up.
It installed fine on our XP desktop, but kept dropping & reconnecting to the home WLAN. Setting to Windows "zero config" mode stopped that, until Windows was restarted... then it happened again, but this time the "zero config" option was missing! On further investigation, the Windows "zero config" service was set to automatic but failing to start on startup... removing the proprietary management software from the programs to run at startup solved that, since then it's worked fine.
Delivery took a while but strongly suspect that's due to Royal Mail's post-snowfall backlog, not the vendor
