Call on the cosmos to change your life and realise your dreams.

How do you get what you want in life? Cosmic ordering. You decide what you want, you announce to the universe that it's your intention to get it, and it's delivered to you.

Daily Mail astrologer Jonathan Cainer helps you achieve success, from the point of deciding what to order, through to delivery. So if you’re looking for your ideal job, perfect man, or the solution to your money and health worries, why not place a cosmic order?

Described by the Telegraph as 'a perfect creed for the age – no commitment but unlimited benefits', cosmic ordering has become a new worldwide phenomenon, closely connected to ideas such as positive thinking, wish-fulfilment, prayer, goal setting and visualisation. So Jonathan Cainer invites you to meet your guardian angel, capable of granting your every wish, however big or small. But before you ask for anything, there are a few questions you should ask yourself first, not least of all, how do you really know what you want?

Discover how cosmic ordering can work for you, and change your life forever.

1.0 out of 5 stars tripe 3 Jun 2007
What a right parcel of tripe! I have read books that have been put down by reviewers that are far better than this. Compared to Debbie Franks' book this is a right load of head banging stuff that is just way too contrived to be taken seriously enough for this subject matter. Cainer, stick to fortune telling, you're fired!

2.0 out of 5 stars "Circle Talk" Spread over 159 pages. 30 July 2007
By Aaron L
Format:Paperback|Verified Purchase
The back cover of this book has the words "THE NEW WORLDWIDE PHENOMENON" written in bright yellow.
Praise indeed? Well NO! as it is self praise which is never a good thing, even for a book stuck to the wheel of the "COSMIC" bandwaggon. All this book does is call awareness to the subject.

Once I was engaged in the middle it suddenly dawned on me that the author had NOTHING to say. A wonderful example of "CIRCLE TALK" spread over 159 pages containing little guidence or instruction. A waste of time and money as there appeared to be contradictions littered in every chapter.

If you have ever seen Xena:WP on tv then you will spot the subtle charactor references.

There is a positive though, Johnathon Cainer's Cosmic Ordering book is written in the first person, as though an actual Guardian Angel was speaking directly to you. That is the only positive.

Consider this reading material like a stepping stone, or and introductory work slowly easing you on to the topic in a small way, like a menu that introduces food to wet your appetites.

I did not enjoy this book as I prefer to read Johnathon's work on a daily astrological basis and not as an author.

I'm a major fan of Jonathan's astrology teachings, so I was excited to hear that he would be writing about cosmic ordering to complement the Barbel Mohr book. When it comes to the crunch the book is a big disappointment. Its not that the writing is bad, its not. Jonathan writes the things that you want to hear and you will keep turning the pages- only you will get more frustrated as you do.

The problem is Cainer seems to have cut & pasted a variety of new-age theories without any thought to their logic. Astrology, angels, cosmic ordering, lucky heather and so on.

Not helpful. Avoid.

1.0 out of 5 stars Unimpressive NO-NO 6 Dec 2007
Such a let down from the great newspaper astrologer I had come to follow over the years. In a brave attempt to give his book credibility we see all sorts of props being used, which might be fine for a newspaper horoscope but not something as serious as dabbling with changing people's lives. This book is a big NO-NO. If you want to make the most of cosmic ordering then you would do well to avoid this book.

3.0 out of 5 stars The sound of a till going 1 Aug 2006
By Polly
I really enjoy reading Jonathan Cainer's daily horoscopes. They're very uplifting and often close to the mark. However, having purchased and read this book, I get the distinct impression that this was purely a case of Mr Cainer jumping on the old "cosmic ordering" bandwagon and cashing in on something while it's hip and trendy! I do know from comments on his website that this book was written very quickly, just a few short weeks prior to publication.

Does this mean cosmic ordering REALLY works for him, or just that he dashed it out in an almighty rush, while the publicity cosmic ordering had received was still fresh? Having read the book, I'd definitely say the latter was so!

Having said that, the book does contain some useful and positive advice which, if followed, can certainly be helpful. It's just that the style in which it is written, in the voice of your so-called "guardian angel" is so cheesy and unconvincing that it just goes to add to the feeling that this book has been rattled out at top-notch speed!

I've given the book three stars because in spite of all I've said, there are a few useful hints for manifesting one's desires. A far better book, however, is "Ask and it is given" by Esther and Jerry Hicks - the Abraham teachings.

3.0 out of 5 stars Gone with the fairies 30 Oct 2006
I agree with another reviewer, Jonathan Cainer has been a respected Astrologer for many, many years. Based on his astrological teachings he has given his readers many years of pleasurable reading, claiming that your future is already predicted by virtue of the day you are born.

Although staunchly linked with astrology, he has now firmly aligned his allegiance to cosmic ordering, which unlike astrology is a way to influence your future and make changes within your life.

It is agreed, many people have been writing about cosmic ordering only using a different name for many years, years earlier than Jonathan, this is true. But no one has ever applied astrological learning to cosmic ordering, because it can't done! As much as Noel Edmonds claimed people might think he had 'gone with the fairies' because of his new cosmic beliefs, then so it is of Jonathan Cainer with his guardian angel scenario.

No one is faulting the motives of such a move from astrology to cosmic ordering, it is a shrewd move. After having read the content's of this book I feel it is just that, a shrew move based on garnering extra income. Look at most of the cosmic ordering books, all based on the New Age belief of the author with the exceptrion of this book and the book written by a female astrologer.

Here is a book that could have been a little gem, but manages to fall by the wayside. Many years ago should anyone have asked Jonathan about cosmic ordering, he may well have laughed and scoffed at the idea, as his ideology was so set in astrology. Suddenly he now speaks of guardian angels and says that you can change your future by speaking with yourself, as a guardian angel. Make of it what you will.
