This is another follow-up book to "Cosmic Ordering " which caused such a stir several years ago ,before "The Secret" came out.It contains 2 useful Hawaian Huna techniques for changing your negative behaviours and empathising much more with other people.Unfortunately,the rest of the book is then filled with examples of people in their seminars using the techniques.
Worth looking at or borrowing but not good value for money.

I read this book in two days, it will make you feel great and if you really think on the ideas put forward in the book and put them into practice, it will make a big difference in your life! You might judge it as being simplistic but if you keep an open mind and put that to one side you will feel it's benefit!

Enjoyed reading this and have read quite a few of Barbel's books now. Think the Empathy technique is very useful for seeing where someone else is coming from and looking at their perspective. Would recommend cosmic ordering as it has helped me no end since I have started using it.
