The Cosatto Easi Peasi Changing Unit keeps everything you need for bath time and nappy changing close at hand. The plastic trays in the center and on the top rail are removable and can be used as convenient caddies and can be easily washed out in sink or basin. It has a comfortably padded changing mat top to keep baby happy and a plastic baby bath concealed underneath with a practical drainage tube. This is ideal and practical especially for emptying the bath water out and you can easily transport the changing station by wheeling it to your bath or shower to be emptied. You do not need to carry the bath to the sink/bath, just simply put the drainage tube in to sink or bath and let the water run out. I'm so glad I bought this - it's a big piece of furniture and takes up most of our small bathroom but it's totally worth it.
Here's what I love:
1. It's high
I'm 5ft9 and this is perfect for changing - no back pain at all (and I've got a dodgy one). Because of the height it's also really good for chatting to and making eye contact with your baby - now he's 12 weeks and very chatty I think he likes it more than his playmat.
2. It's really well made
Nice and chunky, easy to clean, comfy changing mat with high sides, lots of useful storage - I keep all his clothes in the bottom and the middle trays are the perfect size for nappies etc
3. It's easy to put together
I did it with a sleeping 3 week old strapped to me in a baby carrier (and he stayed asleep!)
I wouldn't buy it for the bath - my little boy is tall but he was out of it by 7 weeks and getting him out and then the top back down for drying him on was a bit tricky (plus bathtime splashing soaked the clothes storage on a couple of occasions). That said, the small bath felt reassuringly secure to use while he was so little. Just make sure you put the plug in before you fill it... Now we don't use it anymore, it makes a useful storage space for wetwipes/nappies etc.
An expensive buy but has turned out to be well worth the money.
