Bought this stroller one month ago. Our son is nearly 2,5 and so far fits quite well in to the buggy. Although the harness seems to be tight with the footmuff or the sheep skin liner and the winter jacket on (our little one is slim around 27.5 pounds).
The recline position doesn't go back very far as there is buggy's frame behind, but is enough for a toddler to feel more comfortable if he needs a short nap. The same goes with the shopping basket: it is on the smaller side as the are buggy's frames underneath.
All in all this stroller is good for the money. Folding is easy, as is strolling. Our son love his buggy and it makes the trips abroad far more easier.

I didn't buy this buggy from Amazon, because Argos has the exact same buggy for £29. The buggy is good and comfortable for a toddler. It is practical for bus trips and travel.
