I bought this to upgrade a very old HP laptop. Installed it and had no problems. It made the laptop a bit faster, though as it's an old laptop it was never going to be that fast!
Cannot fault the memory, I always go with branded memory for upgrades for that little bit of added peace of mind; delivery was good.

Dell Inspiron 1100

This memory worked great in a Dell Inspiron 1100. I tried some Kingston RAM and the laptop wouldn't recognize it (even after flashing the BIOS).
The laptop is much faster now. Before the upgrade the Dell was virtually unusable. It took over 20 minutes just to boot up. I still wouldn't play games on the machine, but it is great for e-mail, internet, and office documents.

Bought to upgrade my friends dell laptop. the laptop accepted this dimm with no problems and it fit perfect. would definately recommend corsair or samsung as any oem upgrade alternative.
