Silent and powerful , With all the right bits and bobs on it.
It comes with tons of cables and they even give you a way to manage them with the small but useful grip bands which come with the PSU. I managed to put this in my micro ATX so even though it takes up a lot of space, it fits in with no problem. It is very heavy but that is due to the many parts held inside. Yes , it does have every little chip and pin that most of the other PSU's out there DON'T! Other companies that make PSU's usually leave them out due to the very high cost and you end up with a very bad end-product that will most likely either end up fried in a month or so , or even take your entire PC or your Motherboard with it. So if you wonder "Hey what's the difference between this PSU and a PSU worth only £20-£30? Aren't they exactly the same?"

Well , I'm here to tell you that NO! They are not the same in any way! I am a customer just like you , and I usually like not to get screwed over when buying something over the internet. So after many weeks of consideration , after reading everything there is to read about PSU's and their quality , lifespan and price , I decided I will buy this one and I will keep reviewing it to the very end. So , now that we got that out of the way , let's get to the part you came here for. The review :

I will kick off by saying that this new Corsair TX750 V2 is Worth every penny!
It's got all the cables you could ever dream of or would ever need. Starting with the 24 power(20+4) and 2 extra motherboard 4x pin cables for the most powerful motherboards out there, a multitude of standard power ports + SATA power ports for every device in your pc, 4x PCI (graphics cards) ports ++ there is virtually no system out there that this can't take.

Built brilliantly, has all the ports you'd ever need to run just about any PC. Wanted this to run my NVidia GTX 560 Ti (though this is far more powerful than I'd ever need, I wanted something as futureproof as I could afford) and it does so admirably, barely ever gets loud, stays perfectly cool and powers more things than you would ever come to need. There are cheaper PSU's out there but for those who truly value stability, power and expandability a PSU like this is invaluable when it comes to assuring your PC will stay up to date for as long as you want it to.

5 year warranty sweetens the deal, too. Props to Corsair.

Bought this for a new build
i7 2600k, noctua nh d-14, evga 560 ti ds, antec df-85

One of the best bang for buck psu`s on the market with a 5 year warranty. Nice and quiet only problem I found was the 8 pin motherboard lead is to short for my case to run through the back of the case for tidy cable management. Not to much of hastle though as the cables are braided so it looks cool running up the left side of the motherboard.

I could have went the modular route but the Antec df-85 has tons of room for hiding unused cables that I found it an extra expense to buy modular. If you have a small case I would say buy the TX750 M seiries of these PSU`s

The internals for the Corsair TX750V2 are manufactured by a very good Chinese PSU OEM manufacturer (Seasonic) for Corsair (not all of Corsairs PSU models are made by Seasonic, many are from other OEM manufacturers).

I've had many PSU's from 'Seasonic' pass through my hands as a technician over the years and they do seem to last, hence the reason I chose this exact Corsair re-branded Seasonic PSU model. If you get a good OEM manufacturer and add Corsair's excellent reputation and customer service together with it you will get a good PSU, that is what has happened here with the TX750V2.

If you want to find out more about the PSU, there are excellent Technical reviews on the WWW, you just need to Google.

My TX750V2 is now a year old and is still going strong even though she in use for 24/7 most of the time, for a PSU she's a wee cracker. :-)

Bought this to replace the cheap one I'd been using for a while now. Pro-tip, don't buy cheap PSU's, they're not worth it in the long run.

I've been using this for a few months now with no problems.

This has all the connectors you'd want for most everything and runs pretty quietly. The wires aren't modular, so make sure you've got the space in your case for the extra wires, or you'll have a problem with airflow.

Otherwise, easy to install and does what it's supposed to do, I can't really ask for much else.

I had to upgrade my PSU to be able to run an HD6870 gfx card.
My first thought was that this was a bit pricey for what i wanted but after watching an uboxing video i was sold and when the product finally came i was not disapointed.
It was extremly easy to install and had more connections than id ever seen on a PSU perfect for future upgrades and of a very high quality.
In short there are cheaper 750watt PSUs out there but with this you get what you pay for and a 5yr warrenty on top.

I recently upgraded to an i7 processor (which is brilliant, I might add!) and a new motherboard. I took it into a shop to get it fitted, and low and behold I needed a new PSU. So I asked the man at the shop to put one in (an EVO labs model, so I expected it to work!) - this then blew. He replaced it (for free, to be fair...). This PSU didn't blow, but kept cutting out and rebooting my PC during graphics heavy games, and was as noisy as a jet engine!

So I bit the bullet and bought this Corsair TX750 v2 from Amazon. At £80, it isn't a 'value' option, but I promise it's worth the money, and you could pay a lot more for something not much better! The description doesn't make it clear, but this IS NOT a modular PSU. There are A LOT of connections, and all the wires have thick cable coverings. It's obviously built to be durable, but it was a squeeze finding a place for all the spare wires I wasn't using (who needs like 8 sata connections anyway!?). If you have a small case, a modular PSU might be better for you, however cable ties are supplied and if you're good at tetris there shouldn't be a problem.

This PSU also comes with EPS 12v (that's CPU power, which most modern motherboards require) 4-pin AND 8-pin. The latest intel and AMD chips NEED an 8-pin if you're using power hungry programs, so this is an upside.

This thing is also REALLY quiet! I have decent CPU and case fans, so with this my PC is next to silent. It does pick up a bit when it's under load (in a video game, for example), but, to put it in context, it never gets louder than my PS3 (and that thing is really quiet!). In fact, I've sometimes walked up to the PC and tried to turn it on, not realising it already is!

A brilliant buy! I've learnt you shouldn't skimp on a PSU. Unless you have a military grade PC, if you want a well priced PSU upgrade I wouldn't look further than this product.
