Works great but be careful with the heatsink

One of the DIMMs I received had the glue come loose from the heatsink. I have to be very careful while inserting/removing this DIMM, as the heatsink is basically only held together by a thin strand of glue and nothing else. Aside from using flimsy materials for the heatsink, they seem to be good DIMMs for the money. I ran memtestx86 overnight just to be sure and had 0 errors.

I bought this ram as part of an upgrade (Asus crosshair v, Phenom ii x6 1100t, 8gb corsair vengeance RAM) but after 3 days i started getting page fault bsod's and then memory management bsod's. i ordered another 8gb and returned the first set so heres hoping these ones will work. I managed to narrow it down to just one stick that was bad so im guessing it was just a fluke. Just thought you should know. As always Amazons returns are perfect and painless.

Sany Bridge CPU? Buy these!

SB CPU likes tighter memory timings (8-8-8-24). With the SB a CAS9 won't hurt it (9-9-9-24).
It is crucial that the ram you buy has 1.5 volts. Sandy Bridges tend to perform better at these lower voltage levels. I bought these and they go very nicely with my EVGA P67 motherboard.
