4.0 out of 5 stars A good broad range of issues covered 12 May 2013
Format:Hardcover|Amazon Verified Purchase
This 709 page reference book has a wealth of useful tables, pictures and graphs. The only omission i see is an example of a structure needing corrosion protection and the necessary calculations to show what cathodic protection measures would protect it e.g. surface area calcs, current requirement and number of sacrificial anodes or size of impressed system required. A useful addition to your CP library.

5.0 out of 5 stars A very good introduction to corrosion theme. 8 Feb 2010
By Fabio D. Pannoni - Published on Amazon.com

If you are a corrosionist - as myself - you must buy this book. It deals most of corrosion issues. Some themes are explained in a very clear way. If you are not, just somebody that need to know the basics, it is a very good introductory book to buy. In my opinion, this is the author's best book.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Book 2 Nov 2011
By Mariano Iannuzzi - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Kindle Edition|Amazon Verified Purchase
This is also a great resource for corrosion engineers or people working/studying the fundaments of corrosion and corrosion control. It has a nice chapter on risk management, which is not that common on corrosion books (although it looks very similar to a book chapter I've seen elsewhere on a much more expensive Handbook).

I highly recommend it!
