3.0 out of 5 stars Good coverage of topics, but somewhat wordy 1 Jan 2012
By CorpGov
Format:Paperback
The book's main advantage is its good coverage of the main topics and issues in corporate governance. It is definitely more up-to-date and less old-fashioned in its approach (e.g. corporate governance is not just treated as compliance with regulation and codes of best practice) than most of the alternatives. Its main disadvantage is the writing style which at times can be difficult to follow and doesn't make for an exciting read.
