And when Weatherfield hell-raiser Becky McDonald jets in from her honeymoon, the stage is set for mountain mayhem deep in the heart of Dracula Country.In a one-off special for ITV DVD filmed entirely on location in Romanian, café owners Roy and Hayley are delighted when a face from their past invites them to attend her glamorous wedding to a footballer currently plying his trade in the Romanian league.Excited at the prospect of catching up with an old friend and combining the wedding with a few days in Eastern Europe, the culture vultures set off on their travels. But things quickly take an unexpected turn for the worse. Although problems with their flight mean they miss the wedding, the disappointed pair are looking forward to a few days of relaxation at a remote villa. Yet no sooner have they unpacked their bags than they are joined by loud and brash couple Verity and Glen, the groom’s aunt and uncle. A clash of personalities soon ensues as Hayley and Roy try to make the best of the situation. However, the noisy and vulgar antics of Glen and Verity prove too much and the couple cut short their trip. About to board the flight home, Roy and Hayley’s adventure takes another unexpected twist when they bump into a familiar face - Weatherfield hellraiser Becky Granger…. Let me make it clear,i'm a middle-aged man who sits thro' Corrie 'cos the lady of the house thoroughly enjoys it.It's not for me.My wife wanted to watch this Special Episode and i sat down,not expecting much at all.I found myself thoroughly enjoying the 80mins running time of this DVD.It didn't feel stretched,was fun,entertaining and had an entirely plausable storyline.The Croppers go to Romania as wedding guests,stay in a villa,meet with two strangers with opposing personalities and the banter begins.Becky joins later and is a welcome addition to the storyline.Absolute bargain price that is suitable for all ages.Recommended.

I have to say, i am quite impressed with this dvd. You dont even have to be a corrie fan to enjoy it. I also loved the extras and behind the scenes clips too :) I recommend this, and it's also a lighthearted fun dvd to watch. I just wish becky would have come into it sooner, what hey ho what can you do? - Emma x

being a fan of corrie i bought this video and was not disappointed it does not have a gripping storyline but the scenery and the fuuny quips make it a must. loved it

Great Value Comedy DVD
This is a great dvd for any soap fan, it has bucket loads of comedy with all your fave characters and a hilarious story plot. great cast and cool behind the scenes features. 9/10

Worth a watch!
This is a decent DVD with a fairly good storyline, however it is not designed to be watched over and over again, as you will be easily bored if you do. Read more

Excellent feel good viewing
Very funny. Lots of twists and turns & amazing scenery. This film is everything you would expect Corrie to deliver, i loved it.

Corrie Romanian Holiday
The item arrived in good condition and on time but if other Coronation St fans were thinking of buying it I wouldn't bother, it was rubbish.
