About the Author
Bruce N. Eimer, Ph.D., A.B.P.P., is a clinical psychologist and hypnotherapist with over fifteen years of experience treating people with cognitive-behavioural and self- help strategies. He currently works with patients dealing with anxiety and trauma in private practice in Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania. Moshe S. Torem, M.D., FAPA, is the medical director of the Center for Mind-Body Medicine at the Akron General Health & Wellness Center in Akron, Ohio. Sylvester Johnson (foreword) is Commissioner of the Philadelphia Police Department.
