finally a cookware that doesnt need parchment or a lining of any kind, simply turn over and peel away the casing and finding nothing sticks to the cookware is amazing. simple soap and water washes the cookware fine, but it is dishwasher safe if you're feeling rushed or just want to get on with what you've just baked, it's also freezer to microwave safe and can be used in the oven up to temperatures of gas mark 7 (no idea what that is in electric oven terms), it's also easily stackable.
I'm definately going to be buying more of this cookware for my collection and throwing out the old tins, which lets face it make noise and rust after time anyway - silicone is the future of home-baking.
to the previous poster, using knives or metal will irreversably damage the cookware, though tbh they are not needed anyway - freeing bread and cakes is as easy as fliping the 'tin' over and peeling away.

Silicone Cookware is just hitting the market now and I'd recommend you pick up a set like this one to get acquainted. They do everything that ordinary Cookware does but with added flexibility and ease of use. Removing cooked items, for example is nothing more than a quick twist to loosen and Cake or whatever just falls out.

Only drawback is that the flexibility of the cookware makes it imperative to use a solid base when filled or carrying.

I bought these silicone dishes because I needed to bake a cake and the whole set was cheaper than buying two silicone cake sandwich tins. I wanted silicone because I have a teflon phobia. There was no info about this brand online, but I took the chance and so should you.

My cakes came out beautifully (but they needed a little less time than the recipe recommended). The muffin tray is brilliant because it is actually deep enough to make muffins in, unlike another popular silicone bakeware brand. The loaf tin works well if you do not fill it more than two thirds of the way. Nothing sticks and everything pops out easily. I have not managed to burn anything either, cakes just get dry and crusty if overcooked. I use these baking dishes weekly and I am thrilled with them.

I just have not found any use for the spatula and the pastry brush...

This is one of the most popular cooking items and yet there is no reviews for it.
I used the baking trays once only and it did the job perfectly. I cooked brownies and they did not stick to the baking tray.
I was a little bit disappointed to see that the marks of knives stayed on the tray. I don't know if this is normal or not, but it doesn't look like it's damaged. It just doesn't look as new.
1 thing is missing in my opinion: Clear indications about how to care of the trays and what you can or cannot do with silicone bakeware (you can find these information on the internet, but that would be handy to have it with the set).

Initially was pleased when the boxed set arrived, looked good, but performance and quality wise not happy. The dishes are very thin and the loaf dish split on one side (only used twice!) plus my cakes did stick. The utensils are very cheap looking too - I guess it's true, you get what you pay for, this set was cheap and looks cheap - can't see it lasting long at all - think I'll keep my old trusty tins!

Price wise, these are great value as silicone can be very expensive. The set is robust and good quality. The only minor point against them is that they are not very non-stick. I would reccommend using bun cases or lining with greased baking paper as even when cool, my cakes did stick a bit. Having said that,I would buy other bakeware in the range Silicone Bakeware Set 6Pc.

This set seemed really good value compared to other more expensive silicone items I've purchased but now I know why, food stuck and could see white marks on the dishes after first use - don't compare - don't bother!
