I purchased this after accidentaly destroying a perfectly good fridge with a knife whilst trying to defrost it. I won't be doing that again in a hurry! Its a great fridge and I like the fact that you can see what's in it before opening the door. My previous fridge had a solid door and we used to put stuff in it and forget about it. On the up side it holds plenty of wine and soft drinks and is perfect for Christmas, however I have one or two little 'niggles'

1. When it arrived it wasn't packed very well and a tiny piece of plastic on the door broke off. It wasn't obvious so I glued the chip back in place rather than send it back. It was just disappointing.

2. Its a little noisy. Doesn't get really cold, only chill's.

3. The shelves are shaped to take wine bottles. I know its a wine chiller but it takes up space if you want to say pack it full of beer. Also at Christmas it would be handy to have the extra fridge space. Also because of the glass door you lose extra storage.

All in all it does exactly what it say's in the description and most of my comments are obvious once you use it. I ranked it a four star and only marked it down on being noisy and not getting cold enough.

Cools drinks like a charm, no problem. The bubbling sound of the coolant is disconcerting.

I purchased this item on 31st July but was unable to set it up till mid August.
The machine keeps gurgling loudly as if it is continually trying to chill with the pump.
I phoned the help-line for the product to be told the company has gone into liquidation.
Is the pump supposed to be on 50 minute out of every hour ?
