I got this because i needed to upgrade the PSU as i was going to get a nvidia graphics card that needed the power. And i installed it and i can not hear it! I am fussy when it comes down to my computer noise and now i can hardly hear my computer since now everything else in it is quiet, even when playing games it doesn't get any louder and stays quiet.
Looks good too, powers my amd quad core, gtx 260, 2 WD hard drives, dvd drive, 80mm molex fan, 2 front LED lights.
Also very well presented and packed.

Very Happy with the cooler master silent pro 600w modular PSU.
Its providing a good stable power supply and its quiet.
In terms of things you want your PC powersupply to do, its achieving on all levels!
Although as soon as I got this in there it just made it obvious that the CPU fan was to blame for about half the noise coming from the machine! So if your trying to shut up a noisey PC expect to have to address all the fans in the machine.

This is a very professionally turned out unit though, with excellent attention to detail in the form of the rubber surrounds aimed at minimising vibration for example.

Happy to recommend this.

This PSU is great and easy to install. However, for a product that is sold in the UK market, it comes with a European lead and is rated EU Type, and not UK type as it should be for a product sold in the UK. So, if you order this product don't forget to order a UK lead as well as the one supply does not fit UK plugs.

UPDATE-2: Amazon despatched a new unit as soon as I informed them of the situation, and sent for the old unit free-of-charge. New unit is now running just the same as the old one did i.e. excellently. I'll let you know if if goes bump.
-----------------------------------------------
UPDATE-1: 11 months after purchase, the unit has completly died for no apparent reason. I'm deciding whether to spend £30 sending it to the Netherlands and waiting for a warranty replacement, or just buying a different one now. Maybe a one-off? Who knows. Was good while it lasted.
-----------------------------------------------
I bought this item after deciding that I needed a quieter, more powerful, branded PSU for my PC to replace my old generic one. After using it for a month, I'm still very pleased with my choice.

It can't be heard over my other fans at all. I stopped my other fans in order to hear it. Just breathe out slowly so you just about make a noise, and that's what it sounded like.
The modular cable system is fantastic for clearing up space in my PC case. Now I don't have to knot unused cables around each other to reach everywhere.
And it's more efficient than my old PSU, which means my idle PC wattage went from 95 watts to 79watts after I installed it.

The rubber mounts which come with it might be a little useless like they were for me, but it's good that they're there anyway I guess. It doesn't rattle or hum for me anyway. The mesh at the back of the unit sticks out a little bit too, so you may have an issue if your case has something projecting over the rear of the PSU.

So basically if you haven't upgraded your PSU for yonks and you want to get it out of the way, then this a great product for it and you won't have any reason to regret purchasing it. It's an absolute bargain in my opinion.
Oh, and don't let the Engrish on the packaging worry you when you get it :)

Yes it's quiet (not quite!) and looks the part - would have been perfect but for the SATA power connectors. These are REALLY tight, so much so I think you are risking damaging the device you are connecting power to and you will certainly hurt your fingers.

My devices maybe? - I have two different optical drives, a SATA caddy, SSD and hdd. Enough variety there to make it certain it's the power supply's problem.

Interesting that a certain other well known supplier has withdrawn it...

The PSU is very powerful. Besides in the bundle there are a lot of cables of various type (for motherboard, PCI-e, devices such as HD, DVD, etc.). Very silent: so silent that now I can even hear the CPU fan!!!
It is not very cheap but, in my opinion, is worth the expense (if you appreciate silent fan).
