Firstly, make note that I live in Portugal, and bought the UK version of this Power Supply; it was a bit of a shot in the dark, since I don't know a lot about computers and here is what happened today, when I installed the Cooler Master GX 650W.

Opened the box and saw the UK power chord; that I was expecting, and I have got some adaptors here, so it was alright. Installed it, it is a bit hard to do it because it is not a modular PS, so the cables get on the way a bit... After a bit struggling with the cables, everything was plugged, and then it was the moment of actually turning the pc on...

When I turned it on, I almost had a heart attack, cause the PC didn't turn on! I thought, oh my god, the UK PS does not work with my European PC. Then I realized... it actually was on! The thing is that my old PS was so LOUD, that this one, that is ...... dead silent......, sounded like wasn't on at all!!

Truly amazed by that, since the noise from my PC was the most annoying thing during the night!

At the end, it powered everything alright, including the new GPU I had bought with it, here on Amazon.co.uk also.

I read some reviews around of other people who bought something cheaper and the computer or the PS died; I recommend spending a few quid more for this one... all the voltages are perfect, and now my computer is flyyyying high!

I've got no quarrels with this psu, except that it was delivered with a continental power lead, which left me having to find a UK kettle plug style lead to power the thing! Other than that, no complaints; however, it isn't listed as an EU type, unit which is what I received, so i've cut it a star for that.

Astonishingly quiet PSU. Had used Corsair equivalent before and had been impressed, but the Coolermaster is much quieter by far. Solid feel to the construction. Easy to install with plenty of tie wraps to tidy up cables.

Awesomeness... That sums up the feeling I get now I can play my computer games on maximum settings...

Essentially, this power supply, is powering my computer with an AMD Radeon HD 6xxx Series Graphics card and I am able to play my games in DirectX 11 and on Ultra/Maximum settings, including options that aren't needed such as v-sync and anti-aliasing at 16x, when 4x or 8x would suffice.

Excellent Power Supply!... for 650 watts that is ;)

NOTE! If you are going to register this product and you must to get the warranty you'll need the Serial Number that's on the PSU. Get the number written down BEFORE you install it, otherwise you'll end up opening your PC or taking out the PSU to see the number. You have been advised.

I've been through some PSUS this year. 3 cheap units have blown on me in 1 year, wasn't important they were on my 2nd system so I forked out and bought this one. Pick up the box and you can tell from the weight its quality. Cheap units feel like an empty box, this feels like a brick. Installed it on my 2nd system which has a Nvidia 560ti (recommended 500w PSU) and a AMD Phenom II x 4 965BE@3.4ghz (125w version), these are the main components that will consume power. The last cheap unti was a 750w and blew within a day, this quality 650w will be much better, I know, I've had a branded quality 650w PSU on my main system which has 2 graphic cards and a 6 core CPU for 2 years. All connected and power on. Quiet its very, very quiet. Ran Heaven Benchmark DX11 and at full load still quiet - unbelieveable. Has all the connections you need and thankfully 2 x PCIE connecters (6+2 pin) for graphics card(s). Its a single rail PSU which is much better, every dual rail PSU I've had, all cheap PSUs are dual rail, has blown. Finally register the product and you get a 5 year warranty, I challenge you to find a single cheap unit that offers any kind of warranty.
100% satisfied with my purchase.

This is a great psu for my new build. I initially purchased a CIT 750 watt psu and it quit after the first day of use. The cool master 650 was a bit more money but I should have not gotten taken in by the cheaper price of the CIT. The Coolmaster 650 is very quiet and cool running on my new windows 7 build. Very pleased with this product.

Great PSU. My PC has some extra disk drives, and they are not all close together, so I bought a molex-to-sata power adapter cable to finish the job. But most PCs will not need this. I am 100 percent happy with it.

It supplies power.
It rather quiet.
It has enough cables for a big graphics card.
It has a long enough CPU cable to go behind my motherboard.
All good here!
