This fan is perfect.
The Airflow (cfm) that this fan produces is very impressive. The Static Pressure, is not fantastic, but it's more than enough to be an effective heatsink fan. The Blue LEDs are very bright, and they illuminate the strips very well.
As for the noise, the reviews on here are wrong. Obviously, some people had a loose air filter or something, because this fan is literally silent. Unless, you move your ear right up to the fan, you can't hear it. Don't listen to those reviews. This fan is PERFECT. No noise, High Airflow, Pretty Good Static Pressure, Very Nice LEDs. For £6, this fan is the best fan out there. I promise.

The fan looks beautiful when fitted in the system, the leds really enhance the look of the system but.. and this is a major but.. The noise from the motor is pretty rediculous even at lowest RPM with fan controller. Would drive me insane if I heard the motors' droning noise all the time, thankfully with the controller it's minimal in comparison to full but still not great >:-(
Would recommend this to anyone who needs decent cooling as it shifts plenty of air, likes the look and not remotely bothered about noise output...
... but i'd stay clear if you want the 'silent' route
Edit: since sold it to a friend (good one i am haha). The noise was just too much with me wanting a near silent system. Shame with how nice it looks. C'est la vie

Cooler Master 12cm
Amazon sent it very fast.Product is too noisy.It is a cheap product.l just replaced it with 2 "Scyte Gentle Typhoon 120mm 1150RPM", much less noisy.

good for cooling but loud
this fan is brilliant for cooling knocked 3-4 degress off my cpu temp but is too noisy for a htpc
