Found this book easy to follow with simple patterns for beginners to medium knitters. Clear instructions and pictures. Quick to knit. I first borrowed this book from the local library, so decided to buy it. I knew what the content was.

Very nice patterns, and instructions easy to follow.
I am a kind of intermediate level in knitting sweaters and hats and about everything else, and this book provide very clear steps to follow.
I knitted for my oldest daughters, 4 & 5, and for my little one, 1 month old - all from this book.
